These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, products, and agreements concluded through this webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Any deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Offers and product information

 

All offers on this website are non-binding and subject to availability.

 

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, packaging, or appearance do not constitute grounds for rejection or compensation.

 

Products sold are intended for personal preparedness and emergency readiness and do not guarantee protection or survival, nor do they replace professional or emergency services.

4. Prices

 

All prices listed on the website:

 

  • Are stated in euros (€)

  • Include VAT

  • Exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise

 

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout.

 

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; price changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Payment

 

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

 

  • iDEAL

  • Credit card

  • Other payment providers supported by Wix

 

Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

6. Delivery

 

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

 

Indicative delivery times are stated on the website. These are not strict deadlines. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation unless the delay is unreasonable.

 

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receipt of the product, without stating a reason.

 

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller in writing (e.g. by email).

 

After withdrawal:

 

  • The product must be returned within 14 days

  • The product must be unused and in original condition where reasonably possible

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise

 

The seller will refund the purchase amount, including original shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return.

8. Returns

 

Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by the seller.

 

If a returned product shows damage or excessive use beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a depreciation may be deducted from the refund.

9. Complaints procedure

 

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

 

The seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

10. Liability

 

The seller is not liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Damages resulting from improper use of the products

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

11. Force majeure

 

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government measures), the seller may suspend or terminate obligations without liability.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of the seller or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

 

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

 

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Amendments

 

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version applicable is the one in force at the time of ordering.
